Shipping and returns policy

Any product that is not on sale can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

You can return a product within 2 business days of receiving the shipment and receive a refund. The refund will be given only in the way the charge was made minus a 5% cancellation fee

Sale products can be exchanged up to a week from the day of receiving the shipment. It is not possible to receive a refund on sale products.

A product can only be returned if it has not been used, has not been damaged and is in its original packaging and with all labels on it.

 The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of the item's arrival at the studio.

In any case of return / exchange, the customer will bear the costs of shipping the product back to us at the studio.
